Information About Photoshoots and Terms of Cooperation

Welcome! I'm delighted that you're considering capturing important moments of your life through my photography. In this post, I’ll outline the terms of my photoshoots to give you a clear understanding of the process and the services I offer.

1. Deposit and Cancellation

To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total session fee is required. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your session, you must do so at least 2 days before the shoot. If cancelled less than 2 days prior, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your photoshoot up to 3 times within a year. This provides flexibility in case unexpected situations arise.

3. Rainy Weather

Rain is not a reason to cancel a photoshoot. In fact, rainy weather can create unique and atmospheric photos, so be ready for some creative and beautiful shots!

4. Photo Delivery

I only provide retouched photos, and the original files remain with me. This ensures you receive only the best images, fully edited and ready for viewing.

5. Photo Storage

Your photos will be stored in the cloud for up to 3 months after the shoot. Make sure to download all the files you need before this period expires.

6. Number of Photos

The number of photos you receive will depend on the package you choose. I always deliver the specified number of images, or sometimes even more, if there are extra good shots.

7. Duration of Photoshoots

A standard photoshoot lasts from 1 to 2 hours. If you need a longer session, we can discuss that separately.

8. Shooting Locations

I shoot in studios, outdoors, or at your home. If you prefer a studio photoshoot, the studio rental is covered by the client.

9. Additional Travel Expenses

If the photoshoot takes place more than 10 miles from Belfast, travel time will be charged separately. This helps cover transport costs.

10. Retouching

Retouching includes minor corrections such as blemish removal or skin imperfections. Body reshaping or major alterations are not available.

11. Express Editing

If you need your photos delivered within 24 hours, you can purchase the express editing service. This costs £120.

12. Transferring Your Photoshoot

You may gift your booked photoshoot to another person, but please inform me in advance to ensure proper preparation.

13. Publication Rights

I reserve the right to publish photos on my website and social media. If you would prefer your photos to remain private, please let me know beforehand.
