Terms of Cooperation
Welcome! Thanks so much for considering a photoshoot with me. Here's a simple, clear overview of how everything works.
Booking and payments
A £50 deposit secures your date.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before the shoot.
If you cancel less than 3 days before, the deposit is non refundable.
The remaining balance is due after your shoot, before I deliver your photos.
You can pay by card to my business account or in cash, just let me know what works best for you.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the shoot.
Rescheduling is possible up to 3 times per booking.
If I'm running late or unwell
If I'm running late, your session will simply be extended by the same amount of time.
- If I'm more than 15 minutes late and that's no longer convenient for you, we'll reschedule your session for free to another date.
- If I'm unwell, I'll let you know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll sort out a new date together.
Weather
Sessions are outdoors or at your home, so weather matters.
If the forecast isn't suitable, we can reschedule and we'll confirm it the day before.
Delivery and files
You'll receive fully edited (retouched) photos only via an online gallery.
RAW / unedited files are not provided.
Your gallery stays available for 3 months, so please download your photos within that time.
Photos included
The number of edited photos depends on the package you choose.
I always deliver the full number included in your package.
Locations
I shoot outdoors or at your home, I don't have a studio yet.
The location can't be changed once we've confirmed it, unless it's at least 3 days before your shoot and works for me too.
Travel
I'm based in Belfast.
Travel within 13 miles is included.
If your location is more than 13 miles from BT15, it's 50p per mile for the extra distance.
Retouching
Retouching includes small fixes (skin blemishes, minor distractions).
I don't do body reshaping or heavy edits.
Editing style
Every photo is edited in my own signature style, the one you'll see throughout my portfolio.
By booking with me, you're happy with this style as the final result, and I'm not able to re-edit or change the tone of your photos afterwards.
Express editing
Need your photos sooner? Express delivery is available for an extra fee. The exact price depends on your package, so please check the booking page for details.
Photographing children
If your session includes children, I'll need a parent or guardian to confirm they're happy for their child to take part and be photographed.
Usage rights
I remain the photographer and copyright holder of every image, but you're welcome to use your photos however suits you, whether that's sharing them online, printing them, or if you've booked as a business, using them in your own marketing and adverts.
Privacy and sharing
Sharing my work is a big part of my business, so I reserve the right to use photos from your session in my portfolio, on my website and on social media.
If you'd rather keep your session private, you can add the privacy option when booking (£30) and I won't post any of your images.
