Terms of Cooperation
Welcome! Thanks so much for considering a photoshoot with me. Here’s a simple, clear overview of how everything works.
Booking and payments

A £50 deposit secures your date.

Free cancellation up to 3 days before the shoot.

If you cancel less than 3 days before, the deposit is non refundable.
Rescheduling

You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the shoot.

Rescheduling is possible up to 3 times per booking.
Weather
-
Sessions are outdoors or at your home, so weather matters.

If the forecast isn’t suitable, we can reschedule and we’ll confirm it the day before.
Delivery and files

You’ll receive fully edited (retouched) photos only via an online gallery.

RAW / unedited files are not provided.

Your gallery stays available for 3 months, so please download your photos within that time.
Photos included

The number of edited photos depends on the package you choose.

I always deliver the full number included in your package.
Locations
-
I shoot outdoors or at your home.

I don’t have a studio yet.
Travel
-
I’m based in BT1 (Belfast).
-
Travel within 13 miles is included.
-
If your location is more than 13 miles from BT1, it’s 50p per mile for the extra distance.
Retouching
-
Retouching includes small fixes (skin blemishes, minor distractions).

I don’t do body reshaping or heavy edits.
Express editing
-
Need your photos sooner? Express delivery within 3 days is available for £50.
Privacy and sharing

I may use a few photos for my portfolio and social media.

If you’d like your session to stay private, you can add a £30 privacy fee and I won’t post any images.
