Celebrate your unique love story with a special photoshoot designed to capture the moments that matter most. Whether it’s an engagement, anniversary, or just a beautiful day together, this session will highlight your connection and emotions in a natural, candid style. We will create a collection of stunning images that reflect your love, joy, and shared experiences. Session Duration: 1 hour Price: £99 What You Receive: 20+ retouched images delivered digitally via cloud storage Delivery Time: Your photos will be ready within 1 week after the session Our Love Story sessions are perfect for capturing intimate moments outdoors, in the comfort of your home, or at a meaningful location that is special to you. I’m here to help with outfit ideas and location suggestions to make your shoot even more personal and unique. Policies Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due after the photoshoot and before the delivery of your final images. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel the session up to 3 days in advance for a full refund of the deposit. Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the shoot. However, rescheduling is limited to 3 times per year. Note: Bad weather is not a valid reason for cancellation, as we can still capture beautiful moments, even in the rain. Photo Editing & Delivery Only retouched, final images will be delivered. Raw files are not provided. I focus on retouching to enhance the overall look while maintaining a natural appearance, as I value authenticity in your images. Copyright & Usage I retain the copyright to all images. You may use them for personal purposes, but I reserve the right to share selected photos from the session on my social media and website. If you prefer to keep your photos private and confidential, please let me know before the session starts. Location & Outfit Assistance I’m happy to assist with choosing the perfect location and advising on outfits that will make your photos look stunning. Cancellation Policy
Welcome! I'm delighted that you're considering capturing important moments of your life through my photography. In this post, I’ll outline the terms of my photoshoots to give you a clear understanding of the process and the services I offer. 1. Deposit and Cancellation To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total session fee is required. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your session, you must do so at least 2 days before the shoot. If cancelled less than 2 days prior, the deposit is non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule your photoshoot up to 3 times within a year. This provides flexibility in case unexpected situations arise. 3. Rainy Weather Rain is not a reason to cancel a photoshoot. In fact, rainy weather can create unique and atmospheric photos, so be ready for some creative and beautiful shots. 4. Photo Delivery I only provide retouched photos, and the original files remain with me. This ensures you receive only the best images, fully edited and ready for viewing. 5. Photo Storage Your photos will be stored in the cloud for up to 3 months after the shoot. Make sure to download all the files you need before this period expires. 6. Number of Photos The number of photos you receive will depend on the package you choose. I always deliver the specified number of images, or sometimes even more, if there are extra good shots. 7. Duration of Photoshoots A standard photoshoot lasts from 1 to 2 hours. If you need a longer session, we can discuss that separately. 8. Shooting Locations I shoot in studios, outdoors, or at your home. If you prefer a studio photoshoot, the studio rental is covered by the client. 9. Additional Travel Expenses If the photoshoot takes place more than 10 miles from Belfast, travel time will be charged separately. This helps cover transport costs. 10. Retouching Retouching includes minor corrections such as blemish removal or skin imperfections. Body reshaping or major alterations are not available. 11. Express Editing If you need your photos delivered within 24 hours, you can purchase the express editing service. This costs 100% of the original photoshoot price. 12. Transferring Your Photoshoot You may gift your booked photoshoot to another person, but please inform me in advance to ensure proper preparation. 13. Publication Rights I reserve the right to publish photos on my website and social media. If you w
