A Bit About Me

Hi, I'm Lana. I'm a photographer originally from Ukraine, now based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and photography has genuinely been a deep passion of mine for as long as I can remember.

Why I do this

What draws me in isn't really the technical side of photography, it's people, and the emotion that comes through in a genuine, unposed moment. Love, in all its forms, is what I keep coming back to want to capture, whether that's a family caught mid laugh, a couple before their wedding day, or the quiet, everyday connection between parents and their kids.

How I work

I don't have a studio, and I don't think I need one. I shoot outdoors and in people's own homes, because that's where families and couples actually feel like themselves. My editing style is my own, natural and true to how the moment actually looked, rather than heavily reshaped or over processed.

Where I started, and where I'm going

I started out focused on family photography, and it's still very much at the heart of what I do. Since then, I've expanded into wedding photography and business and product photography too, but the same approach carries through all of it, genuine moments over forced ones.

If you'd like to work together, have a look at my current packages on the Book Online, Wedding and Business & Product Photography pages, or just message me, I'd love to hear from you.
