Booking Business Photography: Why 2 Hours Beats 1

If you're booking a business photoshoot, you can go for a minimum of 1 hour, but honestly, 2 hours is where things really start to pay off.

1 hour is enough for a quick refresh

A single hour works fine if you've got one specific thing to capture, a handful of product shots, or a quick top up of content when you're short on time and budget.

2 hours gives you room to actually cover everything

  • Time to reset the space or lighting between different products or areas, rather than rushing through in one pass.

  • A proper mix of shot types, close ups, wider context shots, and photos of you or your team at work.

  • A bigger batch of edited photos at the end, which means more content to use across your website and social media for months, not just weeks.

  • Less pressure on the day. Business photoshoots often throw up small surprises, an extra product you forgot about, better light in a different spot, and 2 hours gives us room to work with that.

If you're only booking the minimum because of budget, that's completely understandable, and 1 hour will still get you solid results. But if you can stretch to 2, you'll usually end up with a much better return on the session. You can book either option on the Business & Product Photography page.
